Amanda McCulloch joined Thorpe Molloy direct from university as a graduate trainee recruitment consultant in 1999.

She was promoted to Thorpe Molloy's Senior Commercial Manager in 2003 and was awarded the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce Northern Star Rising Star Award in 2004, in recognition of her business acumen and commercial aptitude.

Since then she has continued to flourish as a highly accomplished business woman. Her most recent business accolade was finalist in this year’s Northern Star Woman of the Year category.

Promoted to Associate Director in 2007 and Managing Director in October 2009, she is wholly responsible for the overall management of the business, working alongside co-directors, Judith Thorpe and Karen Molloy.

Amanda specialises in executive accountancy and finance vacancies within the UK and internationally.
