The role will report to the Group CEO and be responsible for all matters Financial/Accounting, tax, insurance, commercial (inc. contracts & procurement), legal, facilities, IT systems and services and is expected to act as company secretary. You will be expected to play an active role in strategy development and delivery and help to establish overseas operations in the most tax efficient way. A key element of the role will be preparing a 'data room' and prospectus that will be used for raising term debt and preparing the business for a trade sale or IPO.
