Location: Bridge of Don, Aberdeen
Rate: £16,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Certification Administrator to join our client on permanent basis. The ideal candidate should offer previous experience managing certifications and have excellent attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Type and check the certificates for all work orders.
  • Make sure that all the equipment accompanied by the appropriate and correct certificates.
  • Filing documents.
  • Ensure allocated tasks received are completed efficiently, accurately and within the given timescales.
  • The post holder will be required to work Saturdays on a rota system to provide full certification cover for any equipment shipped out at that time.
  • Undertake tasks and projects as agreed that are in line with job delivery requirements.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Accurate typist especially with figures and numbers.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Strong communication skills.
