Product Support Analyst

Our client requires an experienced Product Support Analyst to join a busy team supporting clients in the use of specialist industry software. Applicant must hold a relevant degree in IT and experience in a similar role along with an aptitude for picking up new systems and excellent customer service and problem solving skills. This is a client facing role so ability to communicate well and adopt a logical approach is essential along with fantastic written communication skills.
