An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to join our reputable client on permanent basis. Ideal candidate must offer an excellent knowledge of MS Office packages and have previous experience in word processing and data entry.

It is a part-time position, 17.5 hours per week. The working hours are to be arranged with the successful candidate and the Line Manager.

Duties include:

  • Data entry
  • Updating data on the system
  • Diary management and arraigning appointments
  • Producing statistical reports
  • Any other administrative and office support duties as directed by Line Manager
