Sales Manager/Director - VR/13310
Our client is currently undergoing a period of significant growth and as such is now looking to add a sales professional to its senior management/director team.
Reporting into the Managing Director the Sales Manager/Director will be tasked with developing the sales strategy, whilst being a ‘hands on' sales leader driving the development of new business and growth of the existing customer base.
- Provide day to day strategic direction and leadership to the branch sales teams (internal & external) to maximise business opportunities.
- Define and implement the company sales and individual branch sales strategies, placing a key emphasis on growing and developing the sales teams and substantially increasing market share.
- Identify and target new potential customers through numerous channels within the construction industry.
- Review the branch sales structure, making recommendations on how it can deliver maximum sales benefit.

- Manage sales budget in line with the business plan.
- Provide added value product and service offerings to customers.
