The Production Planner is responsible for scheduling production.  This will be predominately achieved by:

• Collating sales order data relating to products and setting the daily/weekly production plans.
• Communicating the production plans to the relevant parties.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring all are in line with required levels to meet customer demand.
• Analysing and forecasting demand and creating short and long term factory production plans.
• Working in a manner that reduces risk and waste at all times.
• Supporting senior members of staff as and when required.

Experience:

• Previous production planning experience is essential.

Education/Qualifications:

• Ideally educated to a HNC/HND level or equivalent.
