Our client based in Peterhead, are looking for two Training Officers to develop and coordinate the training needs of employees. The successful candidate will ideally have previous Training experience or a keen interest in this area. The hours of work will be from 7.00am - 3.00pm or 2.00pm - 10.00pm depending on the shift chosen. Pay rate: £8.50 per hour
- Helping with the design and development of training programmes.
- Assisting the delivery of in-house training and leading staff inductions
- Scheduling and arranging training when required.
- Assisting with reviewing the current training packages and how they are being delivered, evaluating their effectiveness and helping to make any necessary changes.
- Ensuring relevant paperwork up to date.
