Workshop / Factory Manager (Auto-CAD) - VR/13900
Our FMCG client is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Aberdeenshire factory. This position has arisen due to substantial expansion within the company. The candidate must be proficient with AutoCAD as they will play a key role in projects and continuous improvements across the business.
The role would suit someone who is willing to take the next step from a Team Leader into a Manager role as well as someone who has already worked in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have:
- Engineering qualification.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques such as root causes analysis, machinery reliability, maintenance etc.
- Proficient IT Skills including AutoCAD, which is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of the machinery in a plant / factory environment.
