HR Business Partner (maternity cover) - VR/14139
Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, available at short notice and have extensive generalist experience at a similar level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the leadership team and general skill pool with all HR-led activities, including (but not limited to): employee relations, employment law, resourcing, policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, performance management, redundancies and disciplinary/grievance processes.
- Systems-related work/projects.
