This opportunity will present the successful candidate with a broad remit for the management and development of the company’s Aberdeen office.

Applicants will ideally come from a Freight Forwarding background and offer experience at a managerial level.

Primary duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Effective team management.
• Obtaining/providing quotations.
• Ensuring full compliance of freight forwarding and customs regulations.
• Excellent customer service – effective, efficient and constant communication, which should also be mirrored by the team.
• Liaising with Finance Department and have an active contribution in budget preparation.
• Striving to expand the company’s market presence.
• Looking for opportunities to develop new business.
• Taking responsibility for team performance – including coaching and development.
