The primary duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Logging customer orders and ensuring orders are communicated to the team.
• Matching order numbers and invoicing despatches.
• Coordinating logistics – liaising with hauliers and drivers to ensure deliveries are on schedule.
• Accurately recording stock through spreadsheet maintenance.
• Maintaining price matrix to ensure invoices are correct.
• Day to day administrative tasks.
