HR Generalist (fixed-term contract) - VR/14311
Our international service client are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for an initial period of 6 months. The role will predominantly focus on operational activities along with ad hoc strategic projects. Ideal applicants will be CIPD qualified and have experience of similar roles within dynamic and fast-paced multinational organisations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the company’s management and employees with all aspects of operational HR, including (but not limited to): employee relations, recruitment and on-boarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, TUPE/redundancies, training and policy management.
- HRIS management.
- Proactive/strategic projects, providing a value-adding HR service to support on-going company growth and success.
Ideal Candidate
- CIPD qualified.
- Self-starter with experience at Advisor/Business Partner level.
- Proven leader with excellent technical HR knowledge and problem-solving skills.
