HR Team Lead - VR/14348
Our client require an HR Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be a varied position and prior experience of leading a team would be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the HR support function.
- Involved in the process for new starts and leavers.
- Absence recording and dealing with pension and benefits queries from the team.
- Overseeing and ensuring all payroll input by the team.
- Running monthly reports.
- Continual improvement of processes.
Person Specification
- CIPD qualified, or working towards this.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
