We have just been given the opportunity to work exclusively with a prestigious client based in Aberdeen. Our client is currently recruiting for an Accelerator Manager on a permanent, full time basis. The ideal candidate will run the full programme, providing entrepreneurs with the contacts, knowledge and tools to realise the full potential of their business, and therefore experience in growing and running a successful business is ESSENTIAL!
Key Accountabilities:
- Managing and facilitating the participant’s education and overall experience during their stay in the accelerator.
- Leading the participants through the programme, teaching them the necessary principles to successfully build a great company.
- Mentor recruitment and management.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of participants, whilst building a network of mentors who can support the programme.
- Building a network of investors interested in emerging start-ups and scale-ups.
- Managing investor relationships
- Identifying a network of potential customers, giving each cohort customer access and managing this relationship.
- Development of private sector.
- Course leader, facilitator and confidante. This person will work closely with each participant within the accelerator and will create an external network of professionals, mentors, investors, advisers and supporters who can feed into the accelerator process.
