Duties:

• Reviewing of legal issues relating to UK and Europe.
• Drafting, reviewing, advising on and negotiating contracts with various third party suppliers and advisers, ensuring that contracts meet commercial objectives.
• Assisting in application of procurement and outsourcing polices and frameworks.
• Developing knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements that effect the business.
• Providing legal advice on any policies and issues that may affect the business.
• Any ad hoc legal queries from the business.

Qualifications:

• UK qualified Solicitor with 3 years + post qualifying experience.
• Applications of qualified Lawyers from other jurisdictions may be considered with enough UK legal experience.

Experience:

• Must have experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent self-motivation.
• Confidence and enthusiasm to tackle unfamiliar areas.

Some domestic travel is expected for this role.
