Rate: £Commensurate with experience

Experienced Internal Sales Administrator required to join company based North-West of Aberdeen on a 6 month basis to cover maternity leave.

Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and answering customer enquiries.
  • Processing quotations and Purchase Orders.
  • Following up on quotations by telephone.
  • Working to weekly / monthly targets.
  • Effective and efficient time and workload management.
  • Working with and communicating directly with customers.

This role will suit a candidate with the following:

  • Previous experience in Sales Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
  • Initiative, enthusiasm and determination.
