Internal Sales Administrator - VR/15012
Experienced Internal Sales Administrator required to join company based North-West of Aberdeen on a 6 month basis to cover maternity leave.
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving and answering customer enquiries.
- Processing quotations and Purchase Orders.
- Following up on quotations by telephone.
- Working to weekly / monthly targets.
- Effective and efficient time and workload management.
- Working with and communicating directly with customers.
This role will suit a candidate with the following:
- Previous experience in Sales Administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Initiative, enthusiasm and determination.
