Duties:

• Sale, purchase, lease and sub-lease of commercial properties.
• Standard security and related funding agreements.
• Property and development work - acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers.

They are looking for a motivated and driven individual who has excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.  For now the level of PQE is open.
