HR Advisor (Contract) - VR/15310
We are assisting our reputable oil service client with an HR Advisor vacancy, initially on a 6 month basis. This administratively-focused role is best suited to a “hands on” and reasonably experienced Advisor who can work collaboratively and support a range of operational HR tasks. Progress towards a CIPD qualification is preferred, as is IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the company’s small HR Team with various processes, including (but not limited to): policy management, recruitment, on-boarding and HRIS administration.
- Assisting with employee relations activities and supporting on-going HR strategies.
- Ad-hoc project work.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Team, at Advisor or Senior Coordinator level.
- “Hands on” approach to work with the flexibility to complete administrative tasks as well as dealing with leadership teams.
- IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE (preferred) or available at short notice (essential).
