HR Advisor (part-time) - VR/15316
Our multinational oil service client is in the market for an experienced HR Advisor to provide full generalist support to the business, for around 25 hours per week. This permanent, standalone role is best suited to a CIPD qualified generalist with experience of working autonomously within a multifaceted organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing generalist HR advice to a full range of internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Acting as the company’s focal point for all employee relations tasks and issues.
- Recruitment, on-boarding, training and competency, exit interviews, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
- Policy management, HRIS administration and management reporting.
- Ad-hoc strategic and organisational development projects, whilst managing a day-to-day operational workload.
Ideal Candidate:
- CIPD qualified.
- Experience in a similar standalone role within a dynamic oil and gas business.
- Self-starter, adaptable, proactive, credible and influential.
