The Tender Engineer will conduct all aspects of the tendering process to allow the department to provide support to the wider business.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating the preparation of tenders and submissions.
• Assuming responsibility for the process from preparation, presentation and final submission.
• Maintenance of the tendering register and database.
• Reviewing ITT documentation and distributing internally to relevant personnel.
• Conducting / participating in tender review meetings.
• Providing support and assistance to all departments in tenders and commercial proposals.
• Serving as a client focal point throughout tendering process until final contract handover.

Applicants to this role will ideally have the following:

• Previous experience in a similar proposals / tendering role, ideally within the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
