Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing contract management techniques.
• Providing support to the Tender Manager ensuring that each tender process is handled professionally and completed within agreed timescale.
• If required, leading the tender process and liaising with colleagues throughout the process to the final documents fulfil the requirements of the tender accurately and comprehensively.
• Developing and implementing internal KPIs to measure service delivery.
• Acting as a first point of contact to clients with regards to contract / tendering process.

Applicants to this role should have the following:

• Knowledge and experience of Condition Based Management techniques.
• The ability to implement contract documentation and build relationships (internal and external) to provide the required high quality of work.
