Our oil service client are seeking an experienced HR COORDINATOR to support the team through a busy period. Ideal applicants will have a good level of Generalist experience and a “hands on” approach to their work, as well as being available to commence the assignment at short notice.
Overview
- Providing support to a busy and fast-paced HR team, with a focus on recruitment, company policies, HRIS, ad-hoc projects and occasional employee relations.
Ideal Candidate
- CIPD qualification, or progress towards.
- Experience in a Senior Coordinator and / or Advisor level role within a reputable oil and gas business.
- Immediate availability (preferred), or available within a week (essential).
