Rate: £Commensurate with experience
Legal Counsel required for 6 months to assist within an in-house Legal Team. This role is due to an increase in workload. Our client, based in Westhill, are looking for at least 7 years PQE experience and experience in oil and gas; ideally with exposure to FPSO contracts.
Duties include:
- Drafting and reviewing FPSO lease and operation agreements.
- Negotiating contracts.
- Managing external Legal Advisors during tenders.
- Contract close out.
Required:
- 7 years+ PQE Experience.
- Experience in-house.
- Strong contracts skills.
- Ideally previous experience with FPSO contracts.
