The Customer Support Engineer will act as a designated point of contact for customer accounts to provide support on technical, contractual and commercial issues.

The role will involve tender preparing, contract project management, client liaising and costing of repairs.

Applicants to this role will ideally have the following:

• Previous experience in a contracts or project management position.
• Good understanding of centrifugal pumps / rotating equipment.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Relationship building skills.
• An HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
