Based north of Aberdeen, our client is recruiting a Contract & Bid Specialist to join their Commercial Team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Contract & Bid Specialist’s duties will include:

  • Reviewing contact documents and preparing contract qualifications.
  • Preparing and submitting of tender documents.
  • Acting as a focal point for review and acceptance of all purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company legislation.
  • Internal liaison to notify all relevant parties of accepted contracts or orders.
  • Managing the contract management database and reviewing existing agreements and terms.

Applicants to this role will ideally have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, focused on contract review and proposals.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of contract law principles used in oil & gas industry
  • A HND or Degree in Law, or relevant business area
