Fantastic opportunity for an Energy / Marine sector Lawyer to join one of the world’s most successful international FPSO specialists as In House Legal Counsel.

Duties include:

  • Drafting and reviewing FPSO lease and operation agreements.
  • Negotiating contracts.
  • Managing external legal advisors during tenders.
  • Contract close out.

Required:

  • 7 years+ PQE Experience.
  • Experience in-house.
  • Strong contracts skills.
  • Ideally previous experience with FPSO contracts.
