As a key member of the Drilling Management Team you will contribute to the ongoing development of a leading drilling organisation. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent safety leadership in addition to well-developed business and commercial skills and will contribute to the ongoing development of a robust platform drilling organisation. The successful candidate will possess more than ten years of drilling operations experience and have worked as a Rig Manager for a minimum of 5 years throughout their career. 

Possessing previous onshore and offshore management experience at a senior level you will have excellent communication and organisation skills, the ability to negotiate, make decisions, influence and lead. Experienced in working with contracts and with sound financial acumen to include planning, creating and managing budgets this role offers a fantastic career opportunity.
