Our client based West of Aberdeen are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential of going longer term. Previous experience working for a facilities company or helpdesk experience is essential.
Key Duties:
- Taking incoming calls.
- Assigning and directing calls to Engineers.
- Managing and assisting with incoming queries.
- Raising purchase orders.
