Summary:

• Value the inventory of finished goods and work in progress.
• Code sales invoices and calculate and monitor the cost of sales and gross margins.
• Monitor project revenues and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing inventory reports and graphs.
• Reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Reviewing and analysing work order variances.
• Problem solving by liaising with internal customers.
• Checking invoice coding.
• Producing inventory statements for monthly accounts package.
• Monitoring of labour and overhead recovery rates.
• Creating and keying journal vouchers to general ledger and complete reconciliation with inventory system.
• Reviewing and analysing project costs and milestone payment schedules.
• Monitoring project results on a percentage complete basis.
• Analysing and investigating inventory balances.
