Our client based in the City Centre has a requirement for a PA / Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. A background within a legal or professional firm is preferred as well as experience in Audio Typing. This position would suit a Legal PA or Executive Assistant / Office Manager who is a confident and motivated individual willing to learn.
Duties and responsibilities:
- PA to the Managing Director.
- Secretarial and administration tasks.
- Audio-typing.
- Liaising with clients and responding to client queries.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Arranging meetings and events.
- Diary management and managing staff travel.
- Managing external suppliers.
