Our client based in the City Centre has a requirement for a PA / Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. A background within a legal or professional firm is preferred as well as experience in Audio Typing. This position would suit a Legal PA or Executive Assistant / Office Manager who is a confident and motivated individual willing to learn.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • PA to the Managing Director.
  • Secretarial and administration tasks.
  • Audio-typing.
  • Liaising with clients and responding to client queries.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Arranging meetings and events.
  • Diary management and managing staff travel.
  • Managing external suppliers.
