Rate: £Commensurate with experience
Business Development Manager opening to join a highly successful team working independently to expand business with customers throughout Scotland. A proven track record in sales and managerial experience are essential. Experience in the marine industry is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the performance in Scotland.
- Achieving sales and profit targets, ultimately to achieve growth.
- Developing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- P&L knowledge and understanding.
Qualities:
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Commercially aware.
- Good knowledge of the Aberdeen market.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Adaptable.
