Responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinating and managing commercial queries.
• Negotiating and compiling relevant amendments and variations for current clients.
• Ensuring that the contract agrees with client reflects actual service and commercial delivery.
• Preparing and maintaining annual plan for internal contract audits and review sessions.
• Confirming management teams are aware of contract scope and rates build-up.

Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours):

• Demonstrable track record within the oil and gas industry tendering process.
• Commercial acumen, and an understanding of contract documents and legal agreements.
