Executory Paralegal required to join long standing local legal firm client based in Aberdeen. The firm pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service and in ensuring that clients will have 1 point of contact from beginning to end. Previous experience of estate administration essential.

Duties include:

  • Administration of Executry estates.
  • Assisting with the process through to the final distribution of the estate.
  • Investigating of estates.
  • Preparing of Accounts of Charge and Discharge.
  • Dealing with clients by letter, telephone, e-mail.
  • Drafting of various Legal Documents.
