This role will assume responsibility for the management of the Customer Service / Internal Sales Team of more than 20 staff members.

It is essential that applicants to this role have a strong background in people management, specifically experience of employee relations, performance management, training and development.

Previous experience in a customer-focused, internal sales role would be preferred as the successful candidate will be required to continually improve customer satisfaction and deliver departmental targets.
