The Bathroom / Kitchen Designer will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Taking leads from customers visiting the showroom.
• Obtaining the correct dimensions and information for design.
• Following up on leads and quotes.
• Preparing designs, quotations and specifications for presentations to customers.
• Preparing detailed plans for bathrooms and kitchens once sold.
• Preparing all paperwork and passing to Administration / Purchasing as required.
• Selling small goods and accessories.
• Assisting with the design and maintenance of showroom displays.
• Ensuring price lists are updated and monitoring brochures.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Previous bathroom and / or kitchen design experience is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years’ creative design experience with CAD Software is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years’ sales oriented experience is essential.
• Fusion software experience would be desirable.
• A qualification in CAD / AutoCAD would be desirable.
• An interior design or similar qualification would be desirable.
• Retail industry experience would also be desirable.

This role will involve working every second weekend (both Saturdays and Sundays) so applicants must be willing to do this.
