Compensation and Benefits Advisor - VR/16027
Our sought-after client are accepting applications for their Compensation and Benefits Advisor vacancy following an internal promotion. The ideal individual will be an experienced and business-facing Reward specialist with strong Microsoft Excel skills and a compliant yet creative approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing periodic / annual compensation cycles, including salary benchmarking and staff bonus calculations.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to support company payroll and tax submissions.
- On-going analysis of company benefits schemes, ensuring marketplace competitiveness and value for money.
- Supporting wider HR Team with a variety of strategic and business-facing projects.
Ideal Candidate
- An HR professional with specialist experience / interest in Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong communication, influencing and customer service skills.
- Commercial acumen and an analytical mind-set.
- A highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel and HRIS.
