Contracts Manager - VR/16230
We are working with our client, a major player and market leader in their field, to source a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
The Contracts Manager’s primary responsibility will be to draft, review, negotiate and manage the company’s contracts.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the tender process, reviewing Terms and Conditions.
- Playing an active role in the decision making process for bids.
- Ensuring pre-bid documentation is drafted and submitted on time.
- Reviewing contract documents.
- Managing contract handovers.
- Liaising with colleagues internally to brief on contract terms.
- Maintaining contracts database.
- Drafting, revising and implementing additional contractual documentation where required.
- Attending client meetings for negotiations and clarification.
