We are working with our client, a major player and market leader in their field, to source a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.

The Contracts Manager’s primary responsibility will be to draft, review, negotiate and manage the company’s contracts.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the tender process, reviewing Terms and Conditions.
  • Playing an active role in the decision making process for bids.
  • Ensuring pre-bid documentation is drafted and submitted on time.
  • Reviewing contract documents.
  • Managing contract handovers.
  • Liaising with colleagues internally to brief on contract terms.
  • Maintaining contracts database.
  • Drafting, revising and implementing additional contractual documentation where required.
  • Attending client meetings for negotiations and clarification.
