Rate: £Commensurate with experience
Our client is looking for an Asset Accountant on a permanent basis. Based in the city centre and reporting to the Asset Accounting Supervisor, this position is responsible for budgeting and planning for an asset area.
Duties include:
- Preparing annual budget and 5 year plan.
- Monthly reforecasting.
- Calculating VOWD.
- Monthly billings and recharge invoices.
- Providing finance support to JV Manager.
This role would suit a part-qualified Accountant with experience in a similar role. SUN experience desirable.
