Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing reports enabling senior management to set objectives and to support decision making.
• To identify and enhance performance metrics.
• Assisting in setting objectives for product development, marketing and communications and business event activity.
• To be informed about emerging data, trends and policies.
• Gap analysis and market evaluation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role e.g. researching, interpreting market and customer data.
• Analytical. 
• Knowledge of marketing data sources.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Ability to prepare reports.
• Able to work in a team or own initiative.
• Self-motivated, reliable and conscientious.
• Work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
