Our Dyce based oil service client are looking for a Legal Counsel on a permanent basis. Joining a small team, this role supports companies within the group worldwide. This role requires 2 - 5 years PQE.
This role requires contract review experience as well as a background in commercial and corporate law. Main duties include:
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Delivering training on legal issues to staff both online and in person.
- Company secretarial duties, including company set up.
- Providing legal advice to other teams globally.
- Managing outside counsel on litigation.
