Part-Time Receptionist - VR/29421

Supporting 2 mornings per week at local finance firm in Banchory, a Receptionist is required to handle all reception work including post runs, filing of paperwork and all in/outgoing mail. This role is ideal for someone who requires minimal working hours and holds experience in a similar role.

    

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Dealing with in and outgoing mail.
  • Post office runs for cheques.
  • Maintaining filing system and updating company drive with client information.
  • Filing paperwork.
  • Answering the telephone.

            

Applicants to this role require

  • Good computer skills.
  • Holds experience in Reception/Admin role.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Enjoys routine.
