Receptionist - VR/29372
Located in Bridge of Don support is required for a full-time Receptionist on a permanent basis. Working hours are 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday and will be based full-time in the office. Candidates should therefore be based locally to the Bridge of Don office, Aberdeen.
Main Duties:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the building and logging arrival time / departure.
- Answering and logging and transferring phone calls.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Monitoring stationery.
- Booking taxis.
- Manage car park spaces.
- Making teas and coffees.
- General admin support as needed.
Candidates Require:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential data.
- Good IT skills.
- Personable and friendly personality.
