Located in Bridge of Don support is required for a full-time Receptionist on a permanent basis. Working hours are 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday and will be based full-time in the office. Candidates should therefore be based locally to the Bridge of Don office, Aberdeen.

   

Main Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the building and logging arrival time / departure.
  • Answering and logging and transferring phone calls.
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Monitoring stationery.
  • Booking taxis.
  • Manage car park spaces.
  • Making teas and coffees.
  • General admin support as needed.

       

Candidates Require:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential data.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Personable and friendly personality.
