In your role, you’ll guide and work with the Sales Team to achieve targets and budget goals through effective planning, KPI measurement and generating team motivation.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Motivating the team to work cohesively towards a common objective.
• Measuring and tracking performance to ensure the team is delivering required results.
• Reviewing monthly KPI results.
• Organising regular sales meetings to discuss sales pipeline and strategies for success.
• Identifying potential customers and following up on leads.
• Creating and delivering effective sales presentations to internal and external customers.
• Maintaining and updating customer information on the company’s CRM system.
• Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities.
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key individuals.
• Attending meeting and business seminars when required.
