Aberdeen based Thorpe Molloy Recruitment Ltd has reached the finals in the national Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2010. The company has been short-listed in the category for Best Candidate Care.
Thorpe Molloy says the winner of the prestigious award must not only demonstrate exceptional service to candidates but also have an insight into the sectors the agency operates. The winner needs to show that it adds outstanding value to candidates and can contribute to their career success.
"I'm hopeful that our submission has been shortlisted because we are able to demonstrate that our consultants strive to provide more than a solid recruitment service. We invest a great deal of time and resources to our in-house training programmes, to ensure that our Candidate Care service remains a key differentiator for Thorpe Molloy.” comments Amanda McCulloch, Managing Director.
In the last 12 months Thorpe Molloy has been recognized on numerous occasions by the business and recruitment communities. As well as Small/Medium Agency of the Year**; Judith Thorpe and Karen Molloy were awarded Business Leader of the Year by the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and Amanda McCulloch reached the finals of the Northern Star Business Woman of the Year category.
The winner will be announced, from a short-list of 7, in London on Wednesday 14 April.
