Accountancy, HR and Administration specialists, Thorpe Molloy Recruitment, have promoted manager Amanda Robb to the position of senior manager.

Working from Thorpe Molloy Recruitment’s Aberdeen office, Amanda will take on a more strategic role and will have overall responsibility for the financial and commercial success of both the Edinburgh and Aberdeen offices. She will report into the agencies three directors and will continue to be hands on in the senior recruitment market.

Karen Molloy, director of Thorpe Molloy Recruitment, commented: “Amanda has frown with the company over the past four years and has demonstrated outstanding flair, passion and professionalism for the business. She is an integral member of the senior management team and we are delighted to see her taking this significant step in her career. I am confident that her new role will enable us to move Thorpe Molloy forward while offering improved services to all of our clients and candidates.”

Amanda joined Thorpe Molloy Recruitment in January 1999 as a trainee consultant after graduating with a BA Hons in English. By 2001 she had risen to the position of senior consultant and by 2002 had been promoted to the position of manager.
