Projected Turnover Of £6.4 Million Means Thorpe Molloy Need More Staff

Year-on-year Thorpe Molloy Recruitment has enjoyed increased turnover. The turnover for 2005/2006 was £5.1 million, a 20% increase on their 2004/2005 year end results and turnover for 2006/2007 has risen by a further 25% to reach £6.4 million. Four new posts have recently been created at the recruitment company to cope with the increased demand on services, which means the team will expand to 25.

Director Karen Molloy said: “As we celebrate our tenth anniversary, the company has grown from a turnover of £500,000 in 1997 and is on target to achieve a turnover of over £6.4 million this year. This growth demonstrates our commitment to providing a high quality recruitment service to both candidates and employers.”

The latest figures show a 25% increase on last year’s results and Karen adds: “Our continued success is thanks to our talented team of consultants. The growth of the company continues as we plan to expand our team to 25 this year with the creation of four new recruitment consultant positions.”

Recent contract wins and a reputation as a quality recruitment consultancy has led to Thorpe Molloy’s growth and triggered the recent recruitment drive.

Karen concludes “Our ability to listen and respond to the needs of our clients’ means that we are sought out to supply talented personnel that match an employer’s requirements, whether temporarily or permanently. We strive to offer the best possible service and this dedication is why clients come back to us again and again – the financial results speak for themselves!
