Great Place to Work Awards 2011 Finalists

Further to Thorpe Molloy Recruitment’s success in Scotland’s Best Workplaces 2011, the company was automatically entered into the UK’s Best Small Workplaces awards.

We’re delighted to confirm that we ranked 6th overall, receiving finalist status in the special category for Disability Excellence (for companies which demonstrate that a positive attitude towards disability is embedded in their workplace culture) and based on the percentage of employees who believe their workplace is welcoming, we ranked second.
