Corporate Social Responsibility

Our CSR focus is on “giving back” to the community we work in, the community that supports our business.

It’s not a new commitment, we’ve believed strongly in our ability to contribute with social responsibility since the company was established in 1997.

	Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres We love a challenge and they don’t get much harder than the fund raising challenges we take on for Maggie’s.

	The Big Apple Run 2011 Months of the hardest physical effort Jude and Karen have ever undertaken paid off when they both finished the New York Marathon on 6th November.

	School Workshops Our school workshops are interactive sessions where our consultants provide guidance to pupils on how best to get into employment upon leaving school.

	Contributing to Enterprise Through the work of directors Judith Thorpe and Karen Molloy, we also support local not for profit organizations.

	Proudly Supporting Wildhearts WildHearts in Action is a WildHearts Foundation company. The Foundation is committed to the benefit of humanity.

	Plan - be a part of it By sponsoring a child we are helping to make a lasting difference to children, families and communities across the world.

When considering social projects to support, we use the following criteria:

•	That the project is sustainable and has a healthy impact upon the business.

•	That Thorpe Molloy Recruitment makes a real difference, an impact to a specific individual / group / community

•	That the impact be lasting or long term

•	That skills are enhanced which get people into work

•	That the project engages our employees and supports employee development
