Steve ensures we always adopt best practice working.
Steve spent the first half of his career at TMM working as a recruiter before managing the Permanent Finance recruitment team. He then transitioned to an operationally focused role and now ensures we adopt the best working practices through a broad remit covering quality assurance, tender and contract management as well as overseeing our internal training programme. Steve is also our Head of Data Protection and an accredited Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) practitioner.
A massive sports enthusiast his role model is Andy Murray, who he admires for his grit, determination and humbleness. Steve keeps the dream of becoming the next Chelsea Manager alive by watching his two sons play football at the weekends and the perfect night in is a takeaway with the family before an episode of The Traitors and maybe a home-made mojito (or two).
